Ever since our fabulous visit to my amazing sister's house where we visited the 'punkin patch'. my children have been really rather OBSESSED with pumpkins. so when the saw the cover of a magazine with Paula Dean holding a pumpkin pie with a jack-o-lantern face on it, they had been dying to make a "punkin pie punkin". so we did. they loved it! i think they ate most of their pie crust dough, but we did get a few triangles, out of each one. :) and then i forgot to take a picture of the finished project, but we make them often, so i will take one another time. it was really fun!
yeah i don't know what her little hiney is doing sticking out- but here we are! and if you look closely you can kinda see my 19 week baby bump- that isn't just shirt puffiness- that is actually baby bump!
