We live in a small town. A VERY small town. But that makes the parades awesome. You see lots of people you know, you get LOADS of candy for those that you know (because why not throw more to your friends right?!?) and when you are in the beginning of the parade- if you hurry fast you can make it around to be in the end too! The parades are short and sweet!
Here is Jellybean with a few friends in the parade with their Gymnastics group.
She was so excited to be in it!!
Chunk was excited because he was able to ride in a FIRE TRUCK!! It's awesome that our Mimi is on the City Council and therefore know them all and is able to hook the kids up.
Well, it wasn't enough that Chunk was in a fire truck.
Monkey had to get in one too! He was sooooooo excited! We heard about him riding in that truck for days!!! I loved seeing him so excited about it!
We had a soccer game that afternoon also- so after a few rides and a few hours at the bounce house. We had to head to the game and then we had a good storm blow in.
It was so great to spend time doing this fun stuff. I love seeing their happiness and I love to hear about it for days afterwards!
