My Hubby

(At least this one isn't about me :p) -- And since I'm just not sure you really want to hear about the gushy stuff about my husband, I'm tagging Diana, and anyone else who reads this! :D Happy tagging! All about my hubby!

1. Full name: Joey- For internet's sakes

2. How long have you been married? 5.5 years

3. How long did we date? Lets see..... we met the end of aug- Labor day weekend, and then like 1 week later we went on a date, and he 'won' (and yes, there were a few distant contenders) after about 2 weeks i KNEW i was supposed to marry him, before we were officially engaged with a ring and everything..... 3 months-ish, then we were engaged for 6 months- that seemed to be forever....

4. Who eats the sweets? ME! i love them, but he gets 'in a mood every once in awhile- but he really likes dark chocolate.

5. Who said I love you first? He did, we were sitting in front of a billboard of a ring (we 'knew' already) that i loved- or thought i did, i like the one he picked better. :)

6. Who's taller? he is 6'3" and i am only 5'7", but it was funy, while we were dating, i always worn tall shoes, and one time i wore flats, and he was really caught off guard, it was cute.

7. Who sings better? I don't know. He's a pretty decent singer and I think I am too. We can both read music and keep a tune.

8. Who is smarter? i think he is. but we balance eachother well- he builds the house and i decorate it, i am kinda a better cook, recognizing what is in it, the general process of how is it done.... we are an excellent team!

9. Who does the Laundry?me- but he is working full time AND finishing the house..... he has a lot on his plate.

10. Who pays the bills? depends on which bills, i do the 'monthly' budget- like food, clothes, water, gas, and a few others, and he takes care of the 'big' bills- ya know, morgage, car payment, etc. etc.

11. Who sleeps on the right side of the bed? looking at the bed from the foot, me- its closer to the bathroom- and the kids, but he is really good at getting them at night.

12. Who cooks dinner? we both do. but i cook more often (when i am not prego) he does hve his specialties...... :) he is a good cook though

13. Who drives? he does

14. Who admits they are wrong? we both do more than we used to, and I'm not sure who does it more. Honestly.

15. Who kissed who first? We kissed... equally, but i think i waited for him to 'lean' first, but i wasnt slow to follow.... :)

16.Who asked who out first? He asked me first, it only took him long enough!!! (one week) and we went to Training Table and then to see a movie at the dollar theater in provo- i believe we saw Singles Ward, and then we went to the Creamry on 9th for icecream, it was even then that i was smitten with him. he is quite the charmer. :) we were exclusive 2 weeks after that! :)

17. Who wears the pants? We both do, and when one of us is really adament about something, we respect that, and try to support them. but we definitely try to have as equal of a relationship as we can. but we surely can take care of the other person when they need extra love. :)

18. why do you love him? what is not to love? i love him cuz he is a nerd, he is smart, he is athletic, he is support, he is HOT, he is the BEST dad ever, and he loves the gospel, i am just happy he picked me to love him forever! :)
