So this summer besides having craft days on monday with my friends, i think that on tuesday i will have activity days with my kids. i want to do something fun with them instead of just enduring the summer. i want to enjoy it.
so-so far i have a few ideas of things to do:
in particular order....
wacky sacs (blog home to come later) they are play dough filled balloons
home made chalk
slime
soap balls (again- blogs home to come later)
but thats all i got. i need like 9 more activities. super fast, easy, fun, and cheap ones.

My daughter loves to do water colors, play doh, and we like to do our names in macaroni with elmers glue. She is still pretty young so I usually put the dots of glue on and she places the macaroni on. You could also make edible play doh, I don't know the exact recipe but you could probably just google it (it has peanut butter, honey, and flour in it). Sounds like you've got some fun things planned! Hope your foot is on the mend.
Check out some picture books about Egypt and then make a pyramid out of sugar cubes. They should love that.
